Thank you all for your understanding following the essential cancellation, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions, of our April show and AGM to be rescheduled at a later date yet to be determined .
To keep you updated on a couple of matters that have arisen:
Firstly, several exhibitors have very generously indicated that they'd like to donate their entry fee, however under the circumstances we are working to make the refund process as simple as possible for our show entry company who will be dealing with the same for many Clubs and Societies. We thank you for your kindness and if you so wish to help us with a donation this can easily be done with your next entries for our rescheduled show.
Fortunately our incurred costs are not as great as they could have been and we have been able to transfer some payments over to our 2021 show with the support of our stakeholders.
Secondly, if anyone had paid membership along with their entry this will also be repaid back to you as part of the blanket refund. Please advise me if this was the case and I can accept payment separately.
